Warranty Coverage

At Elker, we guarantee the quality of our lithium-iron cells, battery packs, and solar energy components. Every product is brand new and undergoes strict quality testing before shipment.

• 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty

  Valid from the purchase date, this warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.

• Exclusions

  Damage due to negligence, misuse, water exposure (including rain or immersion), overcurrent, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, accidents, fire, theft, freezing, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

• Accessories & Solar Components

  Inverters, converters, chargers, and solar panels come with a 30-day return window. After this period, standard 5-year manufacturer warranties apply (unless stated otherwise).

• Non-Transferable

  Coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

• 30-Day Returns

  Items purchased directly from Elker may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided they are unused, in resalable condition, and include proof of purchase. Custom products are final sale.

• Return Shipping Costs

  Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective. For damaged/defective lithium-ion cells, battery packs, or solar components, Elker covers return shipping fees.

• Refunds

  Processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Situations:

• Post-assembly damage (e.g., incorrect wiring, charger malfunctions, assembly errors)
• External damage or opened casing of the battery.

Replacement Process

Replacements are shipped only after receiving and inspecting returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective.
