Warranty and Returns


Elker stands behind the quality of our lithium-ion cells, battery packs, and solar energy components with a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee.

We assure the authenticity of every battery we sell, without exception. Each battery we ship is brand new, fully charged, and rigorously tested before leaving our facility.

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for a period of 3 year from the date of purchase. It’s important to note that this warranty does not extend to damage resulting from negligence or misuse.

Furthermore, our warranty excludes damage caused by accidental immersion in water, exposure to rain, overcurrent during charging or discharging, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, fire, freezing, theft, accidents, or other physical damage.

For all accessories and complimentary products, including inverters, converters, chargers, and solar panels, we offer a 30-day returns. After this period, standard manufacturer warranties apply, typically lasting for 3 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Please be aware that the warranty applies exclusively to the original owner and is non-transferable.

All of our products undergo rigorous quality control checks before shipping. If you encounter any quality issues with a product, please contact our support team for technical assistance. In most cases, we can resolve the issue remotely without the need for a return.


Our primary goal is your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us promptly. You have the option to return items purchased on the Elker website within 30 days of receipt for any reason, excluding the cost of shipping. Items should be accompanied by proof of purchase and must be in new, resalable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.

In the unlikely event that lithium iron cells, battery packs, or solar energy components are damaged or defective, Elker will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Please note that the following situations do not qualify for returns or refunds:

  1. Issues arising after the assembly or construction process, such as damage caused by incorrect wiring of protection boards, charger malfunctions, assembly errors, or unbalanced assembly.

  2. Damage incurred due to battery bulging, welding, or the absence of protective BMS during charging.

Replacement components will be shipped only after we receive your returned item and conduct an inspection to determine the cause of any problems. Elker is not responsible for return shipping costs.
